Challenge:
Design a blog-type website and visual identity for an academic researcher at Glasgow University, aiming to facilitate his study and provide a platform for creative output in a highly specific and esoteric field of psychogeography.
Approach:
Arecibo developed a visual identity and website for “Concrete Bodach,” a psychogeographic blogging and songwriting project focused on Glasgow’s haunting, grotesque, and psychedelic pasts and presents. The design reflected the project’s mission and effectively positioned the researcher as a respected voice in the field.
Outcome:
The website and visual identity successfully served the researcher’s goals, enabling him to log his creative end
